ABOUT KIA

I am a woman of incredible resilience, creativity, persistence, and intellect but more importantly I am a human and a mother. Some of my many extensions are in the forms of Artist, hobbyist, model, muse, and even poet. I am highly shaped by science and art with driven interest in making necessary changes in society for conservation.

 

Inquisitive like many I am guided by my zest for knowledge in science and my desire for fantasy. Every passing day opens the potential of fulfilling those fantasies and evolving into a well-rounded woman, mother and entrepreneur.

The early days of my life were always intertwined with art, science and nature, despite that I was in a group home and 5 different foster homes from ages 2-19, before drifting into the world on my own. Upon my entrance into high school, my art teacher recognized that I was a prodigy of color and this continues to show vividly in my expressions.

Moving forward I was inspired to pursue the complexities of multiple platforms, such as acrylics as well as digital art. My digital art will be available for print in the near future.  My art also helped inspire me to do zoo photography, which inspired me to pursue conservation. I truly hope to invite you along one day soon, so don't go far!

The thing I value most is being able to build something important that brings art, science, nature, exploration, adventure and change all to one place that works to bridge the gaps in society and conservation. To be able to raise my daughter to learn and get ready to take it to the next level in times changing. Something that leaves an huge impression and impact on the world and provides everything or close to that she could hope for.
